Mala’a Customer Rights

  • Customer has the right to receive a copy of their credit report free of charge. The copy of the report contains all the information up to the time of the request.
  • Mala’a and its members are committed to maintain confidentiality over the information in their possession and don’t share it with any party unless the customer signs an authorization application to do so.
  • In an event where the customer have an objection on the accuracy, completeness or correctness of the data in their credit report, they  have the right to raise a dispute.
  • The customer has the right to be informed that in case of raising a false dispute their score will be affected negatively. 
  • The customer has the right to be notified of the investigation results of their dispute.
  • Customer has the right to request full and detailed explanation of their credit report and score.
